Remaining Balance Upon Account Closure
If an account is closed at the user's own request and no terms have been violated, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user via the original payment method within the stipulated timeframe. However, if the closure is the result of a terms violation, the platform reserves the right to withhold or void the associated balance in accordance with current policy.
